The console shows your stride, time, distance and total count as you row. Pivoting footplates with adjustable straps keep your feet secure.

Adjust the tension to find the right challenge for your session. The footplates move naturally with each stroke for comfortable rowing. Transport wheels let you shift it easily when you need the space. The straps fit snugly around your trainers. The magnetic system works quietly so you can exercise anytime.
