*Our courier will often contact you by text, phone, or email sooner as we want to get your order to you as fast as possible, however in busy periods it can take up to 5 working days. If our courier is already in the area they may attempt a delivery before contacting you – should you not be at home, they will leave a card and happily rearrange delivery on a day to suit you. In the case of orders containing really large items we will need this time to prepare your order for a specialist courier who will contact you to schedule delivery on a day of your choice. For such orders, the courier will deliver to any room in your home (this is limited to ground floor and first floor rooms only - any handling above this is at the discretion of the courier).
Please note some of our special order products have longer lead times (stated clearly on product page where applicable). Please be aware that you will not be contacted to schedule delivery of these products until they are ready to despatch following the stated lead time. Our courier will contact you once your item(s) are ready for delivery. If your order contains additional item(s) that do not have a stated lead time, these will delivered separately within 3-5 working days as indicated in the table above.
Where we state delivery ‘within 3 days’ or we will contact you ‘within 5 days’, this relates to working delivery days for our courier partners which are every Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If your order does not contain special order products with a different lead time shown on their product page, and you have not received your order or been contacted to arrange delivery within the specified days at the time of order, we will do everything possible to investigate and rearrange your delivery. WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. We are not able to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern or Republic of Ireland or overseas.
We also reserve the right to refuse to deliver to addresses that we believe are not secure such as communal or PO Box addresses.
